LaDale Dane LeClair, longtime resident of Fort Hall, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2018 at the age of 35.
LaDale was born October 7, 1982 in Pocatello, Idaho; son of the late Virginia Lou LeClair. He attended Riverside Indian School in California, and Kicking Horse Job Corps in Montana. He worked with the Fish & Game with Shoshone Bannock Tribes. He enjoyed camping, fishing, horseback riding and being outdoors.
LaDale is survived by his uncles, Lonny (late Virgilena) LeClair, LeRoy LeClair, both of Fort Hall; 5 aunts, Charlene (late Alfred) Ignacio, LeMoore, CA; Florenda LeClair (Wayland Ballard), Yakima, WA; Diane LeClair, Fort Hall; Ruby Bernal, Ogden, UT; Christine Rameriz, Fort Hall; and cousins, Sherry Neaman of Toppenish, WA, Lucy Neaman, Kendra (Thayne) Wathomy, Shirley LeClair-Bernal; Helena Rameriz; Desmond LeClair, Stephen (Kenzie) LeClair-Bernal of Camp Lejeune, NC & Beaumont Rameriz.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Lou LeClair; two aunts; Shirley Ann LeClair Small and Theresa Jean LeClair, grandparents, Herbert and Dorothy Calico LeClair, and great-grandparents, Leon and Minnie Gun Calico.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday January 6, 2018 at Parker Kutch Cemetery in Fort Hall. A gathering will begin at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 5th at the Ross Fork Community Center on Ross Fork Creek Road.
