Lachia Michele Radford, age 31, passed away at her home from natural causes on Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Pocatello, Idaho. Lachia graced this world with her presence on October 11, 1978 in Alexandria, LA to Mitchell and Paulette (Moore) Radford. The family traveled west and ended up in Pocatello, ID where Lachia would meet many friends that would last a life time from all walks of life. She attended school at Bonneville Elementary; Franklin Junior High School then returned back to Louisiana and attended high school. Lachia moved back to Pocatello and briefly attended classes at Idaho State University. Lachia had a talent for cooking, and a love for the cartoon character Tweety Bird which lead to a vast collection. She touched many lives and brought smiles and laughter to all she met. She will be truly missed. Lachia is survived by her dad, Mitch; brothers, Neb Joyner and Lynn Keith James; sisters, Erica Cody and Sonja Williams; uncles, Bruce and his wife, Kenneth Ray and Ronald Lee; aunts, Alisha, Freda and Frances as well as many cousins and friends. She will be reunited in heaven with her mother Paulette, her uncle Michael, and her great uncle Frank King. A special thanks goes to Deb Baker, Sherry Hall and Sweet Dixie and to all those giving her friendship and love. Funeral Services will be held Colonial Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at 2005 South 4th Avenue. Burial will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 - 8:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the services.
