Karen Parker, 66, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away peacefully. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska, to Jack and Lona Glasebrook. Karen developed a love for motorcycles at a young age, inspired by watching her father race in motocross. As a single mother at 17, Karen raised her daughter, Danielle, with strength and dedication, putting many of her own dreams on hold. In her 40s, Karen was finally able to pursue her passion for motorcycles by purchasing her own and attending the Sturgis rally multiple times.
Karen is survived by her mother, Lona Glasebrook; brother, Dave Glasebrook; sister, Lina Schwisow; daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Tom Livingston; and granddaughters Amber Baird and Ayla Livingston. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3444 Hawthorne Road, Pocatello, ID.
