A golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best." ~ Author Unknown
On a gorgeous Thursday afternoon of March 19, 2020, the matriarch of our family left this earth to be with our Lord.
June, affectionately known as "JuneBug," entered the Gates of Heaven serenaded by Chaplain Annique Dayley and Flautist Linda Rankin birds accompanied the musical duo by chirping through an open window.
JuneBug was born on June 22 in Pocatello, Idaho. She spent her formative years in Pocatello; her adult years in Los Angeles, and most recently returned to Pocatello in which she spent her final years. She was the second eldest child of Wilbert and Luella Tademy.
JuneBug is preceded in death by her son, Randy; her parents, Wilbert and Luella; her brother, Curtis and her sisters, Jacqueline and Mary Ella. She is survived by her siblings Dee, Charles, Ted, Skip, Ranee, Sheri, Jean, Nettie, Lynda, Bj, Penny, and Desiree.
JuneBug has a host of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly, none loved her more than her niece Taryl. Taryl and JuneBug shared countless hours together, laughing, playing Scramble, going to movies, holding each other's confidences, and simply enjoying one another's company. She also shared many, heartwarming hours and days nurturing her precious nephews Zac and Zed; she loved her Pocatello nephews, Tre and J'Son, who were always available to assist her.
God blessed JuneBug with so many beautiful souls in her life especially during her last five years in Pocatello. Our family wishes to thank her very good and devoted friend, Jerry; her caring landlord, Randy; her dear friend Susie, and so many more who positively affected JuneBug's life.
We would have been lost without the love, resources provided, and access to information that Stephanie (Taryl's mom) shared with us; thank you so much, Stephanie.
We extend our profound thanks to JuneBug's church family Seasoned by Grace Fellowship, Pastor Jaime Mayer and wife Colleen. We are forever grateful for the talented Joyce, Harpist, and Linda, Flautist who played God-inspired music for JuneBug when she was unable to attend church services.
Finally, we close with love and thanksgiving to Nurses Brandi W. and Heather B., Chaplain Annique, Masseuse Brandi, Social Worker Stephanie, and to all the staff at Encompass Health who cared deeply for our JuneBug and who went beyond expectations to make her feel loved, joyful, and hopeful.
With the utmost sincerity, gratitude, and love we thank you all,
The Tademy family
