POCATELLO - Judith Mae Rossiter, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2011, at a local hospital. She was born on January 30, 1943, to Ralph W. Rossiter and Freda Mae Thornton, in Pocatello, Idaho. In her youth she loved to dance and studied dance from Kasai Dance Studio. She learned toe, tap, ballet, acrobat, and baton. She also studied the violin and the flute. She attended school at Bonneville, Franklin and graduated from Pocatello High School in 1961. She married Blaine Fullmer in 1961. They eloped with their friends Sue King and Gene Klassen on the night Sue and Judy graduated from High School. Judy and Blaine had three sons together: Mikel, Shawn, and Glen. They later divorced. Judy worked as a clerk at Knievel's Grocery and Bengal Jiffy Mart, and doing housekeeping for some Pocatello residents, all while she was furthering her education at ISU earning a BA Degree in Social Work. She, at times, worked two jobs with her degree as a social worker and as a CNA at the former PRMC. Judy belonged to TOPS and enjoyed her meetings and picnics. She was also an avid movie buff, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, camping and especially loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons, Mikel (Ginger) Fullmer, Pocatello, Idaho, Shawn (Susan) Fullmer, Pocatello, Idaho, mother, Freda Lorain, Seattle, Washington, two brothers, Gary (Ulricke) Rossiter, Scott (Maureen) Rossiter; sisters Katherine Rossiter, Lynn (Gene) Liljenquist, Kerri Rossiter, Dallas Lorain; six grandchildren Amanda, Rachael, Ashley, Katelyn, Allison, and Blaine. She was preceded in death by her father, ex-husband, son Glen, and one infant brother. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday , December 29 , 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello. Family will receive friends from 10 -11:00 AM prior to the services.
