On September 15, 2015 Joyce Warner, surrounded by her loving family, left us to enter her heavenly home to be with her eternal sweetheart, Ernest Warner. After Ernie came home from WWII they got married in Elko, NV. Their first child, David Wayne, passed away soon after birth. They were delighted as their family came along consisting of 4 boys and 1 daughter. They purchased a piece of property on Jason Ave. in 1952 where Joyce has lived for over 63 years. They were sealed for time and all eternity with their children on June 18, 1959. She was an active member of the 12 th ward for many years. Joyce worked at the railroad, Troy Parisian Laundry, and ISU. Ernie passed away in 1972. She raised her family from then on by herself.
