Joseph "Joey" Alexander Allmond, 31, Pocatello, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 20, 2017. He was born September 21, 1985, in Orlando, Florida, the son of Julene S. Khan and Jeffrey F. Allmond. Shortly after, his family moved to Pocatello, Idaho where he grew up and attended school. He later received his GED. Joey was a department manager for Walmart and had been a proud employee of theirs since November of 2009. In his spare time he loved to go mudding in the hills with his friends and family, loved to draw, write poetry, do photography, collect knifes, mountain biking, collect dragons, play video games, boxing and most of all he loved joking around and making others laugh. Joey always knew how to bring a smile to everyone's face and a warm feeling to their hearts. He was selfless and always willing to help those in need, human and animal alike, no matter what it entailed. He is survived by his mother, Julene S. Khan, Pocatello, ID; father, Jeffrey F. Allmond, Pocatello, ID; brothers, Joshua (Amber) Allmond, Idaho Falls, ID, Jacob (Esther) Allmond, Pocatello, ID, Jason A. Allmond, Pocatello, ID; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Joey is preceded in death by his grandpa and grandma Hook and his aunt, Deli Tuller. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 5-7 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 1 pm also at Colonial Funeral Home.
