Jolene Hartman, 57, Passed away peacefully on November 25th, 2019, at her home in Chubbuck, ID.
She was born November 2nd, 1962 in Pocatello, Idaho to Rex and Shirley Larson. She also has two wonderful sisters, Ardana and Lynn, who were like mothers to her because she came along much later in life.
Jolene attended Highland Highschool and was a member of the Lassies, Student Body Secretary, and graduated in 1981. In 1982 she studied interior design at Ricks College. On March 11th of 1983, she married the love of her life, Kirk Hartman and was sealed to him for eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together they enjoyed traveling, spending time with their kids and grandkids, and volunteering in their community. Jolene served as the PTA president for Gate City Elementary for multiple years. She loved serving others and took numerous meals and treats to people who were in need or had trials in their lives.
Recently, Jolene and Kirk, long time Pocatello residents, built their dream home in Chubbuck, where Jolene applied her interior decorating skills to create a heaven on earth for their family. Jolene was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a true disciple of her Savior. She served in many callings including, Relief Society presidency, young womens and primary. Whatever anyone asked her to do, she always was there to help and comfort others.
Her earthly life will be greatly missed by her family and the many friends that she had. She was truly a devout daughter of God. Jolene's whole life was built around her family. She was a stay-at-home mom who loved every minute of raising her kids, caring for her husband, and being present and loving every day with her grandkids.
She is survived by her Husband, Kirk Hartman and her three children: Josh (Brekka) Hartman of Pocatello, Jordan (Alli) Hartman of Twin Falls, and Ashley (Devin) Roberts of Chubbuck. She is also survived by her six grandkids: Mason Hartman, Laney Roberts, Cardston Hartman, Declon Hartman, Everly Roberts, Calen Hartman, and baby boy Roberts due in February 2020.
