John Warth

John Joseph Warth, 78, died April 12, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a short illness. John was born November 16, 1937 to Joseph and Victoria Warth. He attended school in Pocatello and married Dela Fern Barenron in 1963. He was blessed with two lovely daughters, Vicky Jo and Lynn. They divorced in 1971. He married Shirley Christensen in 1974 and they divorced in 1977. He finally met and married his soulmate and the love of his life Pat Gardner Wilson in 1981. They made a wonderful life together traveling and spending lots of quality time with family. They were married for 35 years.

John was employed by Associated Foods from 1953 to 1987, when Associated left Pocatello and moved to Utah.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; two daughters, Vicky Jo (Jerry) Watkins and Lynn (Danny) Andrade; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren of Las Vegas, NV; one brother, Tony (Gwen) Warth; and one sister, Jeanine (Lynn) Hebdon of Pocatello, ID; and his step children, Janet (Randy) Hopkins, Arthur (Tami) Wilson, John Wilson of Pocatello and Ernie (Jennie) Wilson of Lewiston, ID.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother and grandparents.

A viewing will be held at 10:00am on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Whitaker LDS building, 4890 Whitaker Road with a graveside service to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 43W. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family under the "Share a Memory" tab on this page.
