Jesse Ray Hargrove

July 5, 1966 — February 3, 2018

February 3, 2018, Jesse "Ray" Hargrove said goodbye to his friends and family all too soon. He will be missed terribly.

Jesse Ray was born July 5, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He spent his childhood west of Pocatello, Idaho. He attended American Falls schools.
Ray learned stucco and plastering while attending Job Corp in Washington. He loved his trade and was very proud of his work. He owned his own business while living in Utah. Later he added beautiful stained concrete and epoxy coating to his talents. He was a master at all the work he did, he was an artist.

Ray loved spending time with his friends; many he and since childhood. He considered them his family. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and just having a good time; riding his Harley back in the day.

Ray is survived by his wife and friend, Toni Hargrove; grandson, Kruz; daughter Whitney and granddaughter, Braeley; his brother, David "Reed" Hargrove; sisters, Cindy Hargrove Neary and Holly (Rich) Woodfin; 3 nieces; 3 nephews; one great nephew; mother, Nancy Kingdon; father, David Sylvia Hargrove; stepdaughters, Shantai Franco, Selena Rowsell, Karly Taft; 7 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.

Ray was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A gathering will be held at 4 PM on Monday, February 12, 2018 at his sister, Cindy's, house. A celebration of Ray's life will be held at a later date in the spring.
