Jeremiah Levi Kitchens

Jeremiah Levi Kitchens was born on April 1, 2019 at 6:09 P.M. in Pocatello, Idaho. He passed away into the loving arms of his Lord, on April 19, 2019 at Primary Children's Hospital.

Jeremiah was a great bundle of joy, even though he had some imperfections; to his Mom and Dad, he was perfection at its best! The 17 days and 23 hours of his life here on Earth will never be forgotten. The short days and hours that he was with us has changed us forever. Jeremiah, you will always be loved. Mom and Dad

As his parents, we wish to say, "Thank You!" to everyone for your loved and support; and especially your prayers.

Jeremiah is survived by, and will be dearly missed by his parents, Mark Avery and Danielle Nicole "Nikki" Kitchens; brother, Kyle Kitchens; sister, Aubrie Kitchens; brother, Isaac Kitchens; sister, Briley Kitchens; sister, Brooklyn Kitchens; sister, Jaylyn Kitchens, all of Inkom, Idaho; grandparents, Mark and Jackie Miller of Prentiss, Mississippi; and Mark and Charlotte Kitchens, of Evanston, Wyoming.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 26, 2019 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road. His interment will follow the services at the Inkom Cemetery in Inkom, Idaho.
