Jarel Fred Neeser, 78 of Inkom, Idaho passed away on July 14, 2022 following a sudden illness.
He was born May 2, 1944 to Fred and Zella Neeser. He was raised in McCammon, Idaho and stayed there for many years, after which he spent some time in Montana. After having lived in Montana, he returned back to the Marsh Valley area, making Inkom his home.
During his life, Jarel worked construction, where he was a heavy equipment operator. He also had businesses in cutting and selling firewood, working for Levi Strauss, and finally finding his dream job of buying and selling antiques. When he found something really special, he couldn’t wait to show us kids.
In his spare time, he loved going fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.
Survivors include his two sons, Brett (Brook) Neeser of McCammon, Idaho; Eddie (Candace) Neeser of Chubbuck, Idaho; and one daughter Nikki (Danny) Shaffer of Inkom, Idaho; one sister Lana (Larry) Naef, and two brothers, Clark (Annette) Neeser, and Kenneth Neeser; six grandchildren Dakota, Brook, Tyler, Taniesha, Justin and Ashley; nine great grandchildren Emery, Cade, Zylina, Ashford, Xavier, Derek, Kolt, Karsynn and Remi.
Jarel was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Zella Neeser; two sisters: Vonda Neeser and Konnie Green; and one grandson Colten Neeser.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Norton Cemetery in McCammon.
