Janine Gail Hathaway Gilbert

INKOM, IDAHO-Janine Gail Hathaway Gilbert passed away peacefully in her home on July 3, 2012 following complications associated with cancer. Born June 14, 1956 to Bud and Colleen Hathaway in Pocatello, Idaho, she began a generous and loving life. Janine's generosity and love permanently impressed anyone she met. She was active in PepClub at Pocatello High School, selflessly supported her husband and raised four children, and served as a perfect example of wife and mother. She loved traveling, spending time with family, and holidays. She held many positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her kind heart will sorely be missed by all those she has left behind. She is survived by her children, Rachelle (Blake), Lacey (Adam), Shayanne (Shaun), and Landon (Emilee), her granddaughter, McKall, and her sister, Sherry. But she goes to those who have called her to them--her husband (Todd), parents (Bud and Colleen and Demar and Harriet), grandparents (Margaret and Webb), and brother (Clint). Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Inkom LDS Chapel. A visitation will be held at the church from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012, as well as one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow services at the Inkom Cemetery.
