Janet "Jj" Johnson

Janet "JJ" Johnson, 51, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away peacefully on February 2, 2016 following an illness. She was born in The Dalles, Oregon on August 19, 1964 to Dale and Janice Robinson.

JJ graduated from Pocatello High School in 1982 and then went to pursue her career in business management. Early on she managed The Cotton Tree Inn and eventually went on to manage multiple different mental health facilities, her most recent being Pocatello Assisted Living.

JJ adored the work she did, but if she finally took a break from the office you would find her outside. She enjoyed many activities, some of which included golfing, fishing, and horseback riding. JJ achieved many different great things in her short life, but you couldn't come across her without her telling you of her biggest accomplishments, her children ~ Tony, Stevee, and Savanah. JJ touched many people's hearts whether it be with her caring advice of her exceptional ability to forgive.

JJ is survived by her two daughters; Stevee Lusk of Salinas, California and Savanah Johnson of Pocatello, Idaho. She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren; Meadow, Azaria, Stevee Jr. Tony Jr. and Emiliano. She was preceded in death by her son Tony Isham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road, with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family under the "Share a Memory" tab on this page.
