James Black

James Marshall Black, 88, of Chubbuck, Idaho passed away on June 13, 2020.

James was born in Salmon, Idaho on August 1, 1931 to Viola Pearl and Perry F. Black. He was a graduate of Pocatello High School and attended Idaho State College prior to enlisting in the Navy.

James married Roberta Brown from Lima, Montana, in June of 1956. They later divorced. He then married Kathleen Dohse, they later divorced. He then married Peggy Southworth and they were married until her passing in 2012. James taught third year electronics at ISU until his retirement. He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed by many.

James was preceded in death by his parents Perry and Viola Black, spouse Peggy Black, son Douglas Black, and granddaughter Jessie Frasure

James' family would like to thank Encompass Health for all the loving care they provided
