Jack D Lewis, age 84, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 in Pocatello, Idaho of natural causes.

He was born on August 14, 1930 in Denver, Colorado but also lived in Idaho Falls and Pocatello for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Annette Lewis, multiple children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
