Irmadeen "Irma" Cornwall

Irma Cornwall passed away April 11, 2018 with her loving family around her.

Irma was born on November 29, 1950 to Manuel and Zola Irma Denning in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was one of 14 children. She was raised and went to school in Idaho Falls.

On January 17, 1969 Irma married Howard Cornwall, the love of her life. Howard and Irma were sealed for all time and eternity on December 18, 1976 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They had 4 beautiful boys.

Irma was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held various callings in her lifetime. She loved doing anything with her family whether it being camping, fishing, or boating. She didn't really care as long as her family was around her. She hosted many BBQ's where everyone was welcome. Her favorite time of year was Christmas. She loved to celebrate the birth of her Savior with a big celebration. She loved to bake candies and cookies weeks before Christmas and invited everyone over on Christmas Eve to celebrate with her.

Irma is survived by her husband Howard Cornwall and 3 of her sons, Kevin (JaNae) Cornwall, Brian (Deanna) Cornwall and Bill (Misty) Cornwall; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way. She is also survived by her sisters Gwen, Gail, Lois and Carole; and her brothers Dean, Dennis and Phillip.

She is preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Zola Denning; her sisters Janice and Juel; her brothers Duane, Dell and Deloss; and her son Bradley Scott Cornwall.

Our family would like to thank everyone that has helped us in our time of need. We are using your strength to get through this. We would also like to thank the 53rd Ward and 29th Ward Relief Society's for taking care of us and all who have brought us food. We would also like to thank Dr. Fransisco and his staff for taking such good care of Irma.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the West LDS Stake Center, 3444 Hawthorne Road, with a viewing one hour prior to the service. There will also be a viewing held from 6:00-8:00pm on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 West Chubbuck Road.
