Hope Carol McCarthy Bedwell passed away on September 24, 2023.
She was born August 3, 1948, to James and Beverly McCarthy in Big Rapids, Michigan. They later moved to California where she spent most of her childhood days.

Hope enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, and playing games on the computer. She played the organ professionally in her early years. Hope and Ron enjoyed camping together and spent several summers as camp hosts at Timberline Golf Resort in Ashton. They spent many afternoons at the Mason Jar where they made lifelong friends.
Hope spent the last three years living at the Memory Care Center in Brookdale in Chubbuck. She left quite an impression on the staff.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Brookdale for taking such good care of Hope. They would also like to extend their gratitude to Enhabit Hospice, especially to Hope’s nurse, Remmi Burton.
