Helen B. Lake

Helen Beryle O'neil Lake, 95, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 in Idaho Falls Idaho. Helen was born on February 8, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Roselda (Anderton) and Lycurgus O'neil, the 2nd of 8 children. Helen attended school in Rupert Idaho. Helen is survived by her 6 children, Peggy and Merlin Larsen, Lee Lake, Katherine Clark, JoAnn and Wally Hancock, John and DeEtt Lake, and Leslie Daniels; 19 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mervin A. Lake; son, Rex; brothers, Rex O'neil and Lloyd O'neil; sister, Olga Ootkin; and granddaughter, Vanessa Lake. Helen enjoyed her calling as Librarian which she held at her church for many years. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 11 A.M. at the LDS 9 th Ward Building located at 4010 Hawthorne. Rd. (Quinn & Hawthorne) with a viewing for one hour prior to the services at the church. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83201, 208-233-1500.
