Griffin Russell Millward

Griffin Russell Millward, infant son of Captain Russell Curtis and Megan Elizabeth Millward, died peacefully January 3, 2013 at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah from complications associated with sudden infant death syndrome.

Griffin was born November 12, 2012, in Pocatello, Idaho into a loving family of three older sisters, Emma, Elise and Lily, and two older brothers, Gavin and Liam. His grandparents are Joseph (Jody) and Alice Millward, Dennis and LaNae Dye, and Rick and Kerry Phillips.

Griffin was loved by a large extended family of uncles, aunts, and cousins who were blessed by his tender spirit and beautiful smile.

Griffin served as an organ donor in his passing so that others' lives may be made whole.

Griffin's family is grateful for the professional and compassionate care provided by Dr. Lloyd Jensen and the Portneuf Medical Center staff, the Pocatello Fire Department and Life Flight EMS professionals, and the staff at Primary Children's Medical Center who protected Griffin's sanctity of life, as well as the sanctity of his passing.
