Gregory Shawn Hoffman

Gregory Shawn Hoffman was born on April 9, 1984, in Pocatello, Idaho. He attended Tendoy Elementary, Alameda Junior High, and Century High Schools. He enjoyed sports from a young age clear up until his passing. Greg really enjoyed being a truck driver, just like his dad.

In the year 2000, Greg got married to Kristine Stout, but they later divorced.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his kids and grandsons, and playing pool.

Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Carla D. Hoffman, and brother Mike Hoffman.

He is survived by his children Zack (Ashley) Hoffman, Daniel (Britney) Hoffman, Jerry (Ashley Love) Hoffman, and Brayden (Mika) Vaughn; grandchildren Tucker Hoffman, Zander Hoffman, and Holden Vaughn; his father John Hoffman; brother Scott (Kellie) Cates, sister Chrystal Hoffman, and sister-in-law Shellie Hoffman.

A viewing will be held in his honor on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Wilks Funeral Home in Chubbuck.

In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at Idaho Central Credit Union in Greg’s name where donations can be made to assist the family.
