Gloria Zielke

 

It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye to my Mother and grandmother. Gloria Zielke passed away in July 16th, 2022 at 7:37am at Grace Assisted Living in Chubbuck, ID. She was born in Pocatello, ID to John Edward Stuart and Belle Linnie Fulmer on September 30, 1938. So she lived almost 84 years in this wonderful world and was married to Clifford Zielke for 40 of those years. Gloria had 4 daughters; Martha, Mary, AK, and Lottie. She also gained 9 step children in her marriage to Cliff. All together she was blessed with 31 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.

A life long member of the LDS church, she was a homemaker and bookkeeper by trade. Her hobbies included dancing, crocheting, and spending time with her family and loved ones.

Born and raised in Chubbuck, ID the only daughter with 5 brothers. Gloria attended Pocatello High School and graduated LDS Business college in 1958. For the last 20 years she enjoyed snowbirding between Idaho, Palm Springs and Arizona. She returned to Idaho in 2018 to spend her golden years with her family.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the Chubbuck 11th Ward, 4773 Independence Ave, Chubbuck, ID. Family will meet with friends from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2022 at Wilks Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
