Glen Scott Fullmer, 59, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, at his home. He was born May 14, 1961, in Murray, Utah; the son of Ron Fullmer and Helen Schmidt-Fullmer.
He attended school in Utah and moved to Pocatello, Idaho, when he was 16 years old and attended Pocatello High School. He worked at multiple places, but mainly spending much of his working years at the Chief Theater (where he met the love of his life, Cindy); Everton Mattress, Ashley Home Furniture Store, and Allied Barton Security. He married Cindy Marie Busby on August 7, 1980 and was later sealed to her on June 17, 2017 at the Idaho Falls Temple for eternity. They went on to have 4 amazing children. He enjoyed hunting and fishing to the fullest. He loved going to Redfish Lake with the family and enjoying the incredible view and water activities. He played many roles in coaching many various sports for his children. He played church baseball and basketball. He loved to take care of his yard and had a wonderful garden each year that he took great care into cultivating. He was a perfectionist and did things on his own time and made them beautiful. He had a love for puzzles and hand-held games such as Yahtzee and Sudoku. He also enjoyed model cars and telling his kids stories of his old GTO. He loved his children very much and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He held the office of an Elder in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He is survived by his dad and stepmom, Ron and VeLoy Fullmer, Pocatello, Idaho; 1 son, Tyler Fullmer, Pocatello; 2 daughters, Deidra (Eugene) Huber, Pocatello; Amanda (Loren) Dobson, Pocatello; 9 grandchildren, Ozden Fullmer, Pocatello; Taeson Debruijn, American Falls; Jayla Fullmer, Pocatello; Bryer-Lynn Fullmer, American Falls; Connor Dobson, Pocatello; Lexie Huber, Pocatello; Brandon Dobson, Pocatello; Paisley Dobson, Pocatello; Joshua Huber, Pocatello; and an incredible mixed family of siblings, their spouses, and nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Brandon Jay Fullmer; his mother, Helen Elvira Virginia Schmidt-Fullmer; and his loving wife, Cindy Marie Busby-Fullmer.
Reception/Open House in his honor will be held Sunday, March 28, 2021, from 2 to 4pm at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 West Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck Idaho, 83202
