Gerhard Freadrich

Gerhard Freadrich was born June 4, 1920 to Paul and Tillie Freadrich. He passed away at his home from cancer at age 92.

Gerhard had 10 children: Carol (Curtis) Troutman- AZ, Terry (Hilda) Freadrich-ND, Keith (Joann) Freadrich-ND, Rita (Verlin) Crowe-ID, Phyllis (Bill) Berg-ND, Candace (Ron) Sanders-CO, Lynell (Clint) Savage-AZ, Laina Freadrich-ND, and Troy Freadrich-ND, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gerhard was very active and loved to play cards with his many friends. He loved to travel. He was a WWII vet. There wasn't a person he couldn't find some kind of good in. He treated everyone fair and was a joy to be around. He enjoyed going to church at University Bible. HE will be missed by his family and friends.

Gerhard will be cremated and will be buried- with the love of his life, Olive- at the Mandan VA Cemetery, Mandan, North Dakota.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Leona, his daughter, Carol, a grandson, a granddaughter and his wife Olive.

There will be a small memorial service for Gerhard at Wilks Funeral Home in Chubbuck, for his family and friends, before returning him home to North Dakota.Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 11, at 12:00 pm at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W Chubbuck Road, 238-8000.
