Gerard "Jerry" Steven Nicholas

Gerard Steven Nicholas was born on 2/21/1949 in Jamaica, New York. He grew up in Elmont, New York. He graduated from Sewanhaka High School in 1968. Eventually Jerry moved to Massachusetts where he met his sweetheart, Dolores DelSignore at a party through her brother Dan who he worked with. They fell in love at first sight. They got married on June 4, 1983.

Jerry loved watching sports on TV especially Yankees baseball, Patriots football and NASCAR racing. He loved racing slot cars and collecting model cars. Jerry also loved music especially jazz and classic rock. Jerry retired from Toyota Motor Corp USA after 25 years. He enjoyed his retirement living in Utah with his wife Dolores and close to his daughter Jennifer and her family. He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. He loved God and his family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Ashley Nicholas, sister Theresa Lucatorto and parents George and Theresa Nicholas. Jerry is survived by his wife Dolores, daughter Jennifer Lloyd, son in law Scott Lloyd and grandchildren Ashlee, Kaitlyn, Emma and Joshua Lloyd all of Pocatello, Idaho; brother in law Daniel DelSignore and his wife Judie of Canton, Massachusetts; nephews and cousins.
