Florence June Turner

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Florence June Turner, passed away in her home on Thursday, May 17, 2012.

June was born and raised in Soda Springs, ID but moved to Chubbuck in 2004 to help take care of her grandchildren. June graduated from Soda Springs High and Seminary in 1965. She had several jobs throughout her life but she was most proud of working with the children at the Soda Springs School District as a noon aid.

June married her sweetheart, Albert Lee Turner on January 11, 1975, when they started their life together and had a beautiful family. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved working in the dirt, out in the flowers and garden; she also enjoyed going up in the mountains and picking huckleberries every year with her husband and family. She also loved window shopping and antiquing with her sweetheart, Albert.

June is survived by her husband Albert Lee Turner, daughter Tiffany & Shane McCarthy, their children Trevor and Kiera; son, Courtney & Alisha Turner, their children Brian and Darren; all from Chubbuck, ID; son, Kevin & Brenda Turner and their children Kevin Coltin and Krishaun, of Shelley, ID.

June is preceded in death by her parents, William Floyd and Florence Foster and brother Jerry Foster.
