With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Feadem Fidim on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was born on January 18, 1985, in Pohnpei, FSM Hospital to his mother Adadahe Ezekias, and his father Dimen Fitim. He grew up on the islands of Pohnpei where he loved to go on adventures between all the islands, enjoyed fishing, sleeping on the beach, hunting for coconut crabs, climbing trees, and swimming. As young boys Feadem his brothers and cousins were very close and love to spend time together having fun wrestling on the beach. Pohnpei is also where he received his education and graduated from Chuuk High School in 2003. Then he attended the College of Micronesia and afterwards attended New Tokyo Medical College. He moved to the United States to work as a Seafood processor in Oregon in 2017 where he lived with cousin Orfy and then cousin Takfy's family. He then moved to Pocatello Idaho to live with his brother Steven “Tama” Fidim in 2019. This is where he lived and worked labor jobs in various manufacturing companies. He loved to work with people and had made many friends here in the states. His last place of employment was with the kind people at Wish Northwest in Pocatello.
He loved to stay in touch with his family back home online and made it a priority, he loved to listen to island music, and dance, and he had a great love for the TV show American Idle. He could watch it for hours. He was a funny, kind person, a great friend, and would help anyone that needed help. Feadem was a hard worker, and a respectful, humble man.
Feadem is survived by his brothers Jackson Moses (Vivian), Steven “Tama” Fidim (Margarita), Lazarus Fitim (Milla), Charles Fitim (Rosaleen), Beau Ezekias (Memoranda), Keo Fitim (Notwe), Jefferson Fitim (Nanneth), Kendener Ezekias and his sisters Justleen Ezikias (Alan), Dimenlynn Fitim, Elina Fitim, Betsida Fitim (Jowanes), Dimensida Fitim (Selua), Sisana Fitim (Billy), Duasala Fitim (Logan), Olin Fitim (Brandon), Cindy Fidim (Jackie)
