Eugenia "Gena" J Cummins

Eugenia (Gena) Cummins, 75, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on August 20, 2022.  She was born on November 27, 1946, in Blackfoot, Idaho to Cornelia and Marlow Burrup.  The day of her birth was also her mother’s first Thanksgiving holiday in the United States.  She attended school in Pocatello and dedicated 45 years as a CNA.

Eugenia married Jack Olsen and to this union was born a baby boy by the name of Robert.  That marriage ended in divorce, and she later married Richard (Dick) Cummins.

Eugenia’s life was filled with enjoyment, and she loved to spend her time with her family while camping, playing bingo, watching television, going to church, and coloring.

Eugenia is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ray Cummins, her parents Marlow and Cornelia Burrup, and her son, Robert E Olson.

She is survived by her sister Patricia Cummins; brothers in law: Andy Cummins, Austin Cummins; sister-in-law Charlean Cummins; and nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
