Dustin Andrew Talbot

Dustin Andrew Talbot, 29, of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed away at his home on Monday, November 22, 2021. Dustin was born on July 10, 1992, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Kevin Lorin Talbot and Stephanie Talbot. He attended school in Pocatello, Idaho, and graduated from Highland High School.

While growing up in Chubbuck/Pocatello he played Little League Baseball and Football. He had a great love for baseball because his mother taught him how to pitch. He was a fast runner and was able to play any position on the Super League and American Legion baseball teams. He was also a member of the Highland Rams baseball team.

He loved the outdoors. His passion was fishing and bought a boat so that he could spend quality time with his sons, Eastynn and his new son Jaxx when he got older, on the lakes and catch fish. He was an awesome dedicated father and the most loving supportive significant other to Ashlee. He loved his boys along with Ashlee’s daughter, Mya.

Dustin loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a big heart and was always helping out anyone who needed it and always had a smile on his face and could put a smile on your face. Always shared his love and hugs with everyone. Dustin also had a great love for his niece, Maia.

Dustin worked as a field technician building transformers and was currently employed by Mountain States Transformer Services in Pocatello.

Dustin is survived by his fiance, Ashlee Kollars (her daughter, Mya); his sons, Eastynn and Jaxx;, JoAnna Fitzgerald (Eastynn’s mother); both his parents Kevin Lorin Talbot, Stephanie Talbot (Todd Ferri); brothers, Devin Talbot (Chubbuck, ID), Tyler (Cimbrian) Wood (Blackfoot, ID); sisters, Shani (Tony) Hessenthaler (Ann Arbor, Michigan), Kylie Ferri (Longmont, CO); niece, Maia Talbot; grandparents, Lorin M Talbot (Mapleton, UT), Wayne and Lela Webb (Pocatello, ID), many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his cousin, Chrissy Webb; uncle, LaVern Talbot, and grandmother, Delores M Talbot.

Viewing for family and friends will be held at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID, on Sunday, November 28, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Malad City Cemetery, 59 Bannock Street, Malad, Idaho.
