Donna Jean Bock, 71, passed away on November 5, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. Donna was born on November 17, 1942 to Arthur and Maxine Eichholz in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. The family moved to Pocatello where Donna graduated from Pocatello High School. She married Ben Lane and had her first son, Patrick Lane. She and Ben divorced and she later married Bud Bock and the fun began! Bud had Russell and Susan Bock from a prior marriage and Bud and Donna had Becky and Brian Bock together. Donna owned The Corn Dog Factory where she employed several girls who loved her and looked up to her, and upon Buds medical retirement from FMC, they purchased the Hoffbrau Bar. Good times were had at The Hoffbrau as most of the family worked there at one time or another, and it was a gathering place for Donna and Buds infinite list of friends. Donna sold the bar after Buds passing in 2006, and she was just never the same without her soul mate Bud. She missed him horribly but had strong faith that she would be with him again someday. Donna is survived by her two brothers, Dale and Dean Eichholz, her children Russell Bock, Susan Davis, Becky & Brian Bock, daughter-in-law Jodi Lane, and grandchildren, Kelby & Brooke Arellano, Mikey Montejano and Ashley Donna Lane. Donna was the most giving and non-judgmental person I have ever met. She helped the needy, lent an ear to those who needed to talk, and her door was always open to all. She will be truly missed, especially by her kids and grandkids who loved and adored her. I would say rest in peace mom, but we all know that you are probably tearing it up with dad! Thank you for being you. Memorial Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 2864 S. 5 th Avenue Pocatello, ID. Immediately following the service, friends will gather to celebrate her life at RUMORS BAR, 2227 Garrett Way Pocatello , ID. 83201. (208)478-2525 In lieu of flowers the family has asked, if you choose, to please make a donation, in Donnas name, to the Bannock Humane Society, 850 Barton Rd, Pocatello, ID 83204 (208)232-0371.
