Don C. Moser, 62, Pocatello passed away May 30, 2012 at Portneuf Medical Center with family and friends at his side. Don was born March 18, 1950 to Donald G. and Marie Chandler Moser. His childhood was spent in Inkom with an enormous family filled with wonderful Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was educated at Inkom Elementary and Marsh Valley High school in Arimo, Idaho. Don was a Boy's State Attendee and wrestled for many years while going there. His wrestling then took him to Idaho State University. Don's family all avid hunters and fisher men spent family time together enjoying these activities. At 17, Don joined his father as a member of the National Ski Patrol. He would end up giving service to the Skyline Ski Area (Pebble Creek) for more than 25 years, and becoming an accomplished skier. Don worked on the family ranch before going to work for the Parks and Sons Sanitation Company. He left them to become a professional ski patrolman at Brighton Ski Resort in Salt Lake City. Don married Kristin Dahlquist, April 11, 1975. He was then given the opportunity to work for the new company in town, United Parcel Service. He was a driver for them for over 30 years. Many people throughout southeast Idaho grew to love and appreciate Don's dependable service and positive outlook. Don and Kristin are the parents of three sons, Seth, Jordan and Pete. Don not only passed on his love of skiing to the boys but instilled in them the same unbelievable work ethic that he practiced throughout his life. They also joined him in golf, horse racing and enjoying all the people that spent time with their Dad. Don is survived by his mother, Marie Moser, sisters, Judy (Jeff) Martin and family, Penny (Mark) Bennett and family, Kathy (Darren) Wilson and family, Patsy Moser and family, brothers, Ernie (Sue) Moser and family, Terry (Temple) Moser and family. He was preceded in death by his Father, Donald G. Moser and a niece, Kami Nicole Martin. Don's sons and family hope you will help them celebrate their Dad's life and look forward to hearing from you, because Don truly loved his family and friends and loved to share and hear a good story.
