Dionne Leigh Johnson, age 34, passed away at her residence on Friday, June 6, 2008 from natural causes. She was born November 9, 1973 in Angeles, Philippines Island the daughter of David Hansen and Ellen Edith (Lindberg) Yeary. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and attended Bonneville High School. She moved to Colorado and later to Boise, Idaho, then to Moscow, Idaho, where she met Ed Johnson and ended up moving to the Pocatello area where she was currently living. It was on June 29, 2007 that she married her sweetheart James Edward Johnson in Pocatello, Idaho. Dionne was trained in the cosmetic field as a Nail Technician, but due to her illness was unable to enjoy the job she so much loved. She loved and lived her Christian beliefs. Dionne loved to go fishing and camping. She loved to draw and do all types of art. She loved animals and her Beta fish. Her best days were the days she could love and play with her kids, and new grandson. She is survived by her husband Ed, and daughter, Sydney Abeyta, a son, C J Abeyta and a daughter, Brenae Abeyta all of Pocatello, Idaho; step-son and daughter Jimmy and Tabatha Johnson both of Portland, Oregon; her parents, David and Ellen Yeary of Boise, Idaho; sister, Michelle Danielson of Spokane, Washington; grandmother, Edith Lindberg of Idaho Falls, Idaho and one grandson Jonah. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Noon at Tautphaus Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Colonial Funeral Home is caring for Dionne's family.
