My name is Blaine C. Moore and in 1999 I made arrangements with the International Star Registry in Switzerland to have star number Delphinus R A 21h 4m redesignated, Diane Marie Johnson. This star shines much brighter now. Diane Marie Moore, 67, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2016 at her home surrounded by her husband and two sons. Diane was born April 10, 1949 in Boise, Idaho to Keith and Dorothy Johnson. ALS took my wife physically, but could not touch her spirit nor her soul. Diseases cannot take kindness, inner beauty, love and the care and concern she always exhibited towards her family. She loved her sons, Brian and Will, deeply and forever will always be near them, to kiss their cheeks softly in the night. She was a woman of deep character and all who met her were touched by her compassion, empathy and benevolence. Diane and her niece, Rebecca Converse, had an extremely special relationship. Heaven has called Diane and will soon be sending Beckys daughter, Cambree. Diane is survived by her husband; two sons; her beautiful sisters, Bonnie (Ron) Bateman, Jody (Todd) Ceyner; her wonderful brother, Eddy Johnson; 8 grandchildren, who filled her heart with immense joy; numerous nieces and nephews; and her "other" brother, Ed Oden. I loved my wife beyond comprehension, it was an honor and a privilege to care for her and I am extending a heartfelt invitation to come and meet me, my beautiful sweetheart and our family. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Shirley Oden and Kathryn Chaffin, who were full of grace and elegance. Our deep gratitude to Encompass Home Hospice, Dr. Travis Nielsen, Sadie, Tia Galloway, and Brandee. These are special people and we are extremely thankful for their caregiving and support. To have this star named for her, will now enable me and all others to look up into the night time sky and gaze upon her beauty, so that she may continue to take my breath away. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 1 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID, with graveside services to follow, starting at 2 pm, at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5 th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
