Kristine Diane Madsen Littleford died suddenly, Saturday, April 11, 2015, at her home due to complications associated with autoimmune disease. She was 29.
Diane was born September 2, 1985 in Pocatello, Idaho to Tony and Susan Madsen. She attended schools in Pocatello, including Century High School where she was active in basketball, Diamond Dancers, government, and orchestra.
Diane married Wesley Leon Littleford in August of 2003. To this union was born Aurianna Kristine and Braxton Leon Littleford.
Diane was an insurance agent at the age of 19 for New York Life Insurance. She worked for Allstate as an agent and a coach at the Pocatello Call Center. She then went to work for State Farm at the Dave Shelton Agency where she was employed at the time of her death.
Diane was active in community affairs and for a time was a member of ABWA.
She had become active in her church, holding many callings and loved this affiliation. She was a take charge gal and a "yes" person. For those who knew her, she was very intuitive and insightful.
Diane's first priority was her family. She made certain that her children were involved with activities that would enrich them all the while encouraging them as they participated.
Diane loved people and helping others. She also enjoyed planning events - especially with her family. She loved camping, hiking, downhill skiing, water skiing and downhill mountain biking. She would trade the indoors for the outdoors any time. Her chronic illness did not stop her from going and doing as much as she could.
Diane is survived by her husband, Wes; her children, Aurianna and Braxton; mother, Susan Madsen and father, Tony Madsen; her sisters Angelina Vigliaturo and Michelle Vigliaturo (Jeff) Stanton; brothers Bryan and Cory Madsen; grandmother, Johnnie Mae Madsen; grandmother, Barbara Littleford; father-in-law, Steve Littleford; mother-in-law, Marcia Mendenhall; sisters-in-law, Selina (Eric) Jones, Lynette (Rich) Sampson, and many nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her dear grandfathers, Dean Madsen and Robert Jones; grandmothers, Dorothy Jones and Mildred Bailey Jones.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Pocatello 52nd Ward LDS Chapel, 1700 Kinghorn Road.
