Della Claire Foxman, 75, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015 at a local medical center in Pocatello, ID. Della Claire Foxman, 75, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015 at a local medical center in Pocatello, ID. Della was born in Pasadena, CA in 1940 to Robert and Claryce Fuller. She married Richard F. Lotstein and he passed away on Jan. 17, 1973. She then married "Paul" Foxman in June of 1974 in Alhambra, CA and this union brought four children together. Della received her Master Degree and was fortunate to teach those in the need Special Education. She taught throughout the Gabriel Valley Area of California. She so enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Bahai Faith, and participated in many Interfaith Meetings. Her hobbies included wood crafts, sewing and home improvements. She absolutely loved children and loved her home in Lava Hot Springs, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard and a son, Richard Francis Lotstein, Jr. Della is survived by a husband Allen "Paul" Foxman of CA; son, Robert J Lotstein of CO; daughters, Shahin Wendy Foxman of CA and Michelle Epple of IA; grandchildren, Kendra, Stephanie, Alexandria, Robert V. and Amber; 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83201, 208-233-1500. Burial will take place also on Friday, October 30 at 1 P.M. at the Lava Hot Springs Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life held at a later date in Temple City, CA.
