David Bruce Muhlestein

David Bruce Muhlestein passed away peacefully at his home in Chubbuck, Idaho Tuesday, November 5, 2019 surrounded by family. He was born, the first child, to Bruce and Lila Muhlestein on May 16, 1947 in Provo, Utah.

He married Joyce Cameron Fogg in the Los Angeles Temple, July 13, 1968 and they are the parents of four children. David was employed in the natural gas industry and enjoyed his work. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hiking in the Wind-rivers of Wyoming and hunting. His favorite pass time was working on his projects in his garage or barn.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father & mother, several aunts and uncles. He is survived by; his wife Joyce; his children, Amy Lila (Brady) Baker, Bruce Van Muhlestein, Austin David (Kami) Muhlstein, Cameron Alma Muhlestein; his siblings, Alan Lee (Rosanne London) Muhlestein, and Gary Dean Mulhestein; his grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Eve-Lyn, and Sariah Baker; Reese Muhlestein, Elija, Marion & Ayden Muhlestein; and Taylor and Daxton Muhlstein.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the Chubbuck 2nd Ward Relief Society and Signature Hospice for their wonderful care.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 4775 Hawthorne Road in Chubbuck. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Interment will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 in the Santa Clara Cemetery in Santa Clara, Utah.
