After the war, they moved to Pocatello, Idaho where he was employed as a letter carrier, clerk, and accountant until his retirement in 1976. He and Lucy were blessed with four children; Sandra Lee, Billy Dale, Dalene, and Teresa. A devastating auto accident took the lives of Lucy and Sandra Lee in 1960.
