Craig Edwin Charles Palmer, 59, passed away May 13, 2013. Craig was born and raised in Pocatello. He was born May 5, 1954. He loved the outdoors; camping, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family, friends, and animals. When Craig was 17 he moved to San Diego with friends. While in California he attended trade school and received his welding certificate. When he wasn't working in the ship yards, he was on the beach or in the ocean surfing. Although he loved San Diego he always missed home and after almost 2 years he moved back to Pocatello. When Craig was 26 he met Debby White. Four years later they were married and had a daughter, Camille Lavina Palmer. They were later divorced but remained friends. Craig is survived by his daughter, Camille Palmer; sister, Sherri Guerro; brother-in-law, Leroy Miera; Niece, Tina (Paul) Holguin; Nephews, John (Liz) Guerro and Jason (Christina) Miera. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Lavina Palmer and Charles and Estella Brodie; Parents, Edwin Palmer and Connie and Marvin Jensen; sister, Debra Miera. Craig will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. Services will be held at the Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave, June 1, 2013 @ 2:00. There will be a potluck gathering at Raymond Park afterwards.
