Connie Kincer Angley

Connie Kincer Angley, 52, unexpectedly passed away December 17, 2010, at her home in Pocatello. She was born August 9, 1958 in Wytheville, Virginia. She is the daughter of Edwin Lewis Kincer Sr. and Mary Ruth Hurst Kincer of Virginia. She grew up as a child in Wytheville, Virginia and graduated from George Wythe High School in 1976. She lived approximately 12 years in Germany. She had 2 sons in her first marriage, Eon and Brandon Slemp. She later married Frank Angley , in California. They were blessed with their daughter Kelsey and have lived in Pocatello for the last 7 years. She and her daughter Kelsey had a very special relationship, and she is Kelsey's life. Connie fought breast cancer for over 2 years, and was in the process of recovering. She prided herself as a professional mom. She loved children and cared for many over her lifetime. She was always there with hugs and kisses. Connie loved cooking she always made sure no one ever left her home without a good meal. She was also a very loving and supportive aunt and friend. She is survived by her husband Frank Angley of Pocatello, her daughter Kelsey, two sons, Eon Slemp, of Virginia, and Brandon Slemp, Texas. She is also survived by her four siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents. Connie's loving spirit and caring nature touched the hearts of many and she will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, with Bishop Gary Davis, officiating.
