Colton Brett Neeser, 17, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018. He was the son of Brett Neeser and Teri Rowlands Neeser, born on September 19, 2000 in Pocatello, ID. Colton was soon to be a senior at Pocatello High School. He was an avid, self-taught, guitar player and he enjoyed hiking, biking, weight lifting and video games. He also enjoyed archery and hunting. He taught himself a second language among many other things; there was no end to his knowledge, (he was a walking encyclopedia). Colton loved to learn. He loved his puppies, Bailey, Arhi and Gizmo. Colton was outgoing and naturally funny. People were drawn to his pleasant nature. Colton is survived by his father, Brett Neeser, Pocatello, ID; mother, Teri Rowlands Neeser, Pocatello, ID and step-mother, Brook Long Neeser, Pocatello, ID ; sister, Keri Nagle, CO; brother, Dakota Neeser, Soda Springs, ID; brother, Taylor Nagle, CO; sister, Brook Neeser, Soda Springs, ID; , step-sister, Melissa Long Hollowell, IN; grandmother, Jeanie Neeser Nisson, McCammon, ID; aunt, Staci (Brad) McDonald, AZ; aunt, Nikki (Danny) Shaffer, Inkom, ID; uncle, Eddie (Candice) Neeser, Pocatello, ID; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Steve and Pat Rowlands; and great-grandparents, Fred and Zella Neeser and John Bowen. The family will hold a private gathering at a later date.
