Colleen Bertha Murdock, 84, passed away January 17, 2018 at a Pocatello hospital. She moved to Heber, Utah with her family when she was very young. She graduated from Wasatch High School. Colleen married Maurice Murdock on January 1, 1951 in Heber City, Utah. Together they have four children; Ronald, Sally, Darrell, and Bill. She was mostly a stay at home mom but also worked as a secretary at the family owned business, "Murdock and Walker Concrete". She was a member of the LDS church. In her spare time she liked to go dancing, camping, fishing and bowling with her husband, Maurice. She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice; son, Ronald Murdock; grandson, Christopher Murdock; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; daughter-in-law, Gayle Egan Murdock; and a son-in-law, Jim Gallegos. She is survived by a daughter, Sally (Scott) Horne; sons, Darrell Murdock, and Bill (Beth) Murdock, all of Pocatello; brother, Jack Lunt, Heber City, Utah; sister, Dixie (Don) Sorensen, Orem, Utah; daughter-in-law, Paula Murdock, SLC, Utah; 7 grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Jacob, Jason, Tomi john, Sylvia, Joey Ray; 9 great-grandchildren, Stella, Violet, Cooper, Asher, Sawyer, Andrew, Cassidy, Aiden, and Zoey, and 2 step grandchildren, Brady and Bobbie. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11 am at the Mona City Cemetery, 700 E. Cemetery Lane Mona, Utah 84645.
