Clark Kimball, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, passed away early on February 7, 2025, in Pocatello, Idaho. He was born on December 22, 1955, to Jerrolyn Mary Pratt Kimball and Richard Kimball in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is survived by his siblings: Orson, Mary Potter, Joseph (Lessie), Stanley, Spencer (Sheena), Benjamin, and Elizabeth (Jeff) Pieros. He graduated from East High School in 1974 and had a scholarship to go to college but chose not to take it to instead work as a painter to support his family.
Clark married Janell Russell Kimball on August 22, 1992. He is survived by his wife and five children, Matthew Allen Kimball, Bethany Kimball, Fay Taylor (Alex) Warr, Lydia (Saul) Santillan, and William Clark (Hailie) Kimball. Clark was a heavily family-oriented man who always put family first and never hesitated to sacrifice to support his family. At the end of his life, he and his wife ran their own business, the BidDate Calendar. He has three grandchildren, Ronan Warr, Asher Warr, and Leo Warr. He always loved seeing his children and grandchildren and loved to spend quality time with them whether that be playing games with his grandchildren or telling his many life stories to his children.
Clark was a man who had a passion for gardening and was always proud to show off his garden. He loved his cherry tomatoes the most. He loved the outdoors and always wanted to build his own well and greenhouse. Another passion of his was politics. He always wanted to talk about what was happening in the country and was always so proud to vote for what he believed was right. He would debate politics with anyone who would listen. He also loved learning about history, especially US history and LDS history. He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He believed in the power of prayer and faith and had a strong testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
