Christine Cornia Lane

CHUBBUCK " Christine Cornia Lane, 60, was relieved of a lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis when she passed away September 22, 2009.
Christine was born December 14, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Nyles Ray Cornia and Peggy Louise (Oblad) Cornia. She was raised and educated in Salt Lake and graduated from West High School. She later earned an LPN degree and worked at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake.
On December 18, 1965 Christine married John M. Cameron, they were later divorced. She then married Michael Rushton in 1973, they were later divorced. In 1985 she married Frank F. Lane, they too were later divorced.
Christine was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed sewing, dancing (and was a ballerina in her earlier years) drawing, reading, crocheting, watching football and golf, dogs, horses, cutting and styling hair, and loved the outdoors.
Christine is survived by her children, Holly (Allen) Rupp, American Falls, ID; Katrina (Roger) Farr, Chubbuck, ID; Shane Rushton, Gila Bend, AZ; her father, Nyles R. Cornia, St. George, UT; a sister, Ada Gay (Wayne) Russey, Vernal, UT; a brother, Denny (Sondra) Cornia, Salt Lake City, UT; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Christine was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy L. Cornia.
