PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE ON THE BURIAL Charles "Chuck" Potter, 43, passed away surrounded by family on July 28 th , 2015 in Pocatello Idaho. Chuck was born on Friday the 13 th of August, 1971 to Henry and Joann Potter in Alexandria, Virginia . Chuck lived and attended schools in Northern Virginia where he enjoyed playing soccer, football and being a cook. Chuck graduated High School from Woodbridge Senior High in 1989. Chuck attended George Mason University and the Computer Learning Center where he received degrees. Chuck was loved by everyone and made many lifelong friends in Virginia and could always be counted on for anything. Chuck starting working as an analyst for Computer Sciences Corporation in 1995 and was still employed with them at the time of his passing. In April of 2002 Charles met Jessica Palmer and they married in October of 2003. After their marriage they moved from Northern Virginia to Kaysville, UT. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in October of 2004. Of this union came the true loves of his life, sons Brittan Charles and Roman Spencer. Brittan died shortly after birth and Charles was forever pained by his passing, we can only rejoice in knowing they are together again. In the fall of 2010 Charles moved his family to Idaho to enjoy a slower paced life and closeness of Jessicas large family. Charles enjoyed taking Roman sledding and fishing and 4-wheeling. He loved taking him to Lagoon and special trips to Mackay on the river and their favorite pastime was going to the movie. He loved to do anything fun and always wanted to make sure people were enjoying themselves. His favorite thing in the world was being a Father and Roman was truly his best friend. Charles is survived by his son, Roman Spencer Potter, Pocatello, ID. His mother, Joann Potter. Fredericksburg, VA and many in-laws who love Chuck as their own. He was preceded in death by his son, Brittan Charles Potter, his father James Henry Potter, step-father Albert Kemp , cousin Camille Whitworth Dean and his Grandparents. Funeral Services are going to be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 2pm at Colonial Funeral Home in Pocatello, Idaho. A viewing will take place from 12:30 2:00 P.M. prior to services. Burial will be on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 4:00 PM in the Inkom, Idaho Cemetery.
