Charlene Marie "Cheen" Turner, 51, of Pocatello, Idaho' went home to her Heavenly Father on September 29, 2011' in Pocatello from complications due to acute leukemia.
Cheen was born July 23, 1960' in Thibodaux, Louisiana' to Ruby and Thomas Dantin.
She married Wayne Turner on September 9, 2000, in Goodland, Kansas. Interests included knitting, doll collecting, and Native American culture. She volunteered for Mended Hearts after recovering from heart bypass surgery.
Cheen is survived by Wayne Turner, husband, Ruby Cheramie, mother, Irvin Dantin, brother, Darlene Dantin, sister-in-law, Kim Dantin, nephew. Several close friends were considered family to her, including Dawn and Robert Harmon, Kelli and Andrew Harmon and their daughters Audrey and Libby. Charlene is preceeded in death by her daughter, Hayley Gisclair.
