Carol Lynn Cazier McIntosh was born the 16th of July 1941 in Afton, Wyoming to Edgar Leroy and Rozelia Wolfley Cazier. She was reared in Afton, but lived in Chubbuck most of her adult life. She loved and was loved by all she knew and associated with.
She married Roy Marshall McIntosh on the 19th of May 1962 and they were later sealed in the Idaho Falls temple. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and faithfully served in several callings including: Young Women Leader and Young Women Camp Director; Meeting House Librarian; Relief Society President; and most recently as a temple worker. She also enjoyed serving in the LDS Distribution Center for several years. She and Roy served a full-time mission together in the California Roseville Mission as office workers.
Carol Lynn is preceded in death by: her parents; two brothers, Melvin and Verl Cazier; a sister, Nola Cazier; and two sons, Daniel Martin and David Marshall McIntosh.
She is survived by: her husband, Roy; sons, Jeff and Jerry McIntosh; daughter, Erin Hillier; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren, the last of which she met as they were passing each other through the veil.
She passed on the morning of the 13th of January 2014 at the age of 72 due to sudden and unexpected health complications. Her family will meet with friends and loved ones on Wednesday evening, 15th of January from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Wilks Funeral Home 211 W. Chubbuck Road in Chubbuck and starting at 9:00 a.m. prior to funeral services on Thursday the 16th of January at 10:00 a.m. at the LDS Pocatello North Stake Center, 4890 Whitaker Road in Chubbuck. Interment will be in the Afton Cemetery in Afton, Wyoming, where other members of her family are laid to rest.
