Carla Bransky

Carla Bransky, wife of Bill Bransky, passed away late Saturday night September 17, 2011. She will be missed by her husband Bill and all her family. She was born March 28, 1965 to Carlos and MelRae (Black) Starkey in Mesa, Arizona. Carla graduated from Preston High School in 1983. She worked for Dr. Gibby in Preston for many years. Later she moving to Pocatello and worked for the city in the Utility Billing Department where she was working at the time of her death. She married Bill in Maui, Hawaii, on April 10, 2010. She is survived by her husband Bill; daughter Shandra Starkey and granddaughter Macie Starkey/Wood of Pocatello; son Jesse and Brina Harris of Preston; daughter Shelby Harris of Pocatello; daughter Lea and son, Patrick Bransky of Pocatello; father Carlos and Lynn Starkey of Mesa, Arizona; mother Rae Henderson of Pocatello; brother Kelly and Kim Starkey of Cochise, Arizona; brother Tommy and Shulene Starkey of Pocatello; brother Pat and Betty Starkey of Downey; sister Lynda and Denton Gibson of Pocatello. She is preceded in death by sister Billie Dawn Peden and step-father Hazen Henderson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at the LDS 1st Ward building on the corner of Poole and Cedar with a viewing at the church one hour prior to services.
