Byran Dean "Dingie" Martin, 56, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 at his home due to an extended illness. Byran was born in Pocatello, Idaho to Herbert martin Sr. and Christine Leona Wildcat. He was a lifetime resident of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation. He attended Tyhee elementary school, and boarding school (1975), worked with Wada Farms (1980s), and was familiar with farm work. He enjoyed beading, working on lawn mowers and bicycles, he was a stay at home guy. He is survived by brothers, Myron "Munch" Martin, Vernon "Bird" Martin, and Olyis Martin; sisters, Byrona Martin and Tracy T. Martin. Byran "Dingie" Martin was preceded in death by his parents; Herbert Martin Sr. and Christine Leona Wildcat; brothers; Lebyron "Gumps" Martin, Herbert "Tiny" Martin Jr.; paternal grandparents, Phoebe Burton Martin and James Martin; maternal grandparents, Sparks Wildcat and Mary Wildcat. Byran was taken to the home of his sister; Tracy T. Martins residence located at Cemetery and Philbin Roads on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10 am and was laid to rest at the Cedars Cemetery on the same day at 2 pm.
