INKOM - Bradley E. Thomsen, 46, of Inkom, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2012, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born on September 17, 1965, in Pocatello, to Charles and Kathryn Thomsen. He graduated from American Falls High School and then enlisted in the United States Navy where he was assigned to the USS Enterprise. After discharge from the Navy he attended ISU where he received an Associates degree in aircraft mechanics. He married Debby Hall on May 21, 1994 in Carson City, NV, and together they had three children: Ben, Mason, and Colby. Brad worked rebuilding aircrafts in Minden, NV, and went to work for Bently which later was purchased by GE Power Systems where he was currently employed until December 2011. His wife and family were the center of his world. They enjoyed snow machines, camping, ATV's, boating, as long as it included his family. He even bought a snowmobile with pink flames for his wife. Brad was a loving and wonderful husband and father. He is survived by his wife Debra Thomsen; sons Ben, Mason, and Colby; mother Kathryn (Emmett) Kent of Wilder, ID; father Charles (JoAnn) Thomsen of McCammon; brother Joey Thomsen of Pocatello; brother Brian Thomsen of Pocatello; and brother Nick Bowman of Boise. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and brother David Thomsen. Funeral services will be held at 11 a .m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at the Inkom Bible Church, with Pastor Russ Blair officiating. A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2012, at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave, and also one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Military honors at the graveside will follow services at the Norton Cemetery in McCammon.
