Bonita Rae Bradley (Bunny) 74, passed away on Friday May 4, 2012. She was born on May 11, 1937 in Ashton Idaho. Her parents were John and Kate McCreery. She was the oldest of seven children and spent her early years with her family in Ashton and Pocatello. She returned and graduated from Ashton High School in 1955. She married Ernest Bradley in 1957. They lived in Pocatello where they had three children: Keith, Wesley and Teresa. They moved to Salt Lake City 1962. In 1979 Bunny moved back to Pocatello and has resided here since. Bunny worked for Mountain Bell in her early years. She began her career with the banking business in the early seventies and worked at First Security for many years. She worked for the Honda dealership store up until retirement. Bunny was baptized in 1972 as a member of the Jehovah Witness. She has been a proud and active witness up until her death. She is leaving dear and loved friends that have given her support and direction through this devastating sickness. Bunny led a active and full life up to the point of the affects and diagnosis of ALS ( Lou Gehrigs Disease) Bunny loved being a mom and a homemaker. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed "theme" cooking for friends and family. She was a talented seamstress, knitter and loved to crochet. She devoted a w.eek of her yearly vacation to spend with her grandchildren. She traveled as often and as long as she could. She often went to SLC to visit her children and their families. She was an avid golfer card player and enjoyed her "friendly competition ' with her friends with family. She is survived by her children Keith Bradley, Wesley Bradley and Teresa (Steve) Gilmore, seven grandchildren TJ , Cody, Bobby, Sara, Jessica, Jason and Melissa and 1 great grandchild Hailey , two brothers John (Colleen) McCreery, and Robert McCreery, three sisters Sheila Howard (Lyn) Jackie (Jack) Kunze and Marcey (Jim ) Simmons., and ,many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Patricia Little and three brother in laws. A Memorial Celebration will be held at her home at 504 Top Knotch Circle on Saturday May 12 th. from 2 to 5 pm. All friends, family and congregation are invited to celebrate her life with this event. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Bunny's memory to the ALS Association.
